2150 is a London-based venture capital firm founded in 2019 by Christian Jolck, Christian Hernandez Gallardo, and fellow partners, operating as part of the Urban Partners investment platform. The firm invests under a thesis it calls the 'Urban Stack': backing technology companies that make cities more sustainable across energy, industrial decarbonization, advanced manufacturing, mobility, and circular economy systems. 2150 has raised approximately €500 million in total assets under management across two funds, an initial €268 million vehicle and a €210 million Fund II that held its final close in January 2026, with Fund II concentrating primarily on Series A and B rounds while the firm's overall mandate spans pre-seed through Series B. As of early 2026, 2150 has backed between 27 and 32 portfolio companies with combined annual revenues exceeding $1 billion, more than 4,500 employees, and a reported climate impact at megatonne scale, including one unicorn. The firm counts institutional limited partners including Novo Holdings, the Augustinus Foundation, Denmark's export and investment fund EIFO, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs' AIMS Imprint, and the BMW Foundation. Beyond its original investments in Agreena, Beewise, CarbonCure, and Hive Power, 2150's portfolio includes NatureMetrics, Kelvin, Aeroseal, Blue Frontier, Mission Zero Technologies, Normative, Metycle, AtmosZero, Vammo, and OpenSolar, spanning biodiversity monitoring, industrial heat pumps, carbon capture, and solar software.
