Yes — you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. When you upgrade, the new plan takes effect immediately. When you downgrade, changes apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Annual plans can also be paid by bank transfer — contact us at billing@pitchwise.se.
Do I need a credit card to start the free plan?
No. You can sign up and start sharing documents on the Free plan without entering any payment details. A credit card is only required when you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
Can I add more Data Rooms or users without upgrading my full plan?
Yes. Extra Data Rooms can be added on Pro ($24/mo each) and Teams ($69/mo each) without changing your base plan. Additional users can be added on Pro at $19 per month per user and on Teams at $29 per month per user.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — save 30% by choosing annual billing. Annual prices: Free ($0), Starter ($9/mo), Pro ($17/mo), Teams ($48/mo). All annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment.
Is Pitchwise secure enough for sensitive fundraising documents?
Yes. Every document link is served over HTTPS, access is controlled per-link, and you can require email verification before a viewer sees anything. Pro and Teams plans add dynamic watermarking, domain-level blocking, password protection, and link expiry. Pitchwise is also GDPR and CCPA compliant.
