CrowdStrike Falcon Fund is the corporate venture capital arm of CrowdStrike, the publicly traded cybersecurity company known for its Falcon endpoint detection and response platform, established to invest in early-stage and growth-stage cybersecurity and adjacent technology companies building solutions compatible with or complementary to the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and its broader security ecosystem. The fund invests at Series A and Series B stages with initial checks from $1 million to $10 million in companies where CrowdStrike can provide strategic value through technology integration, co-selling partnerships, and access to CrowdStrike's enterprise customer base. Portfolio companies include Abnormal Security, the AI-powered email security platform; Cribl, the data observability and stream processing platform for security data pipelines; Corelight, the network detection and response platform based on the open-source Zeek network monitoring framework; and Tines, the security automation and SOAR platform for enterprise security operations teams. Beyond its original investments in Abnormal Security, Cribl, Corelight, and Tines, the portfolio includes additional cybersecurity companies across threat detection, security operations, and data management.
