District Ventures Capital is a Calgary, Canada-based venture capital firm focused on seed and Series A investments in Canadian consumer brands and food and beverage companies, founded by Arlene Dickinson, one of Canada's most prominent entrepreneurs and venture investors known from the television programme Dragons' Den. The firm invests with initial checks from $500,000 to $3 million and focuses on companies building authentic, quality-driven consumer brands in food, beverage, health and wellness, and lifestyle categories.
