Endeavor Catalyst is the co-investment fund of Endeavor, the global organization supporting high-impact entrepreneurs, providing co-investment capital alongside other venture funds into Endeavor-selected companies across Sub-Saharan Africa. The fund co-invests in companies whose founders have been selected to join the Endeavor network, which provides access to a global community of successful entrepreneurs, mentors, and investors. Endeavor Catalyst Africa invests at Series A through growth stages with checks from $500,000 to $3 million, making small co-investments rather than leading rounds independently. The Endeavor selection process is highly competitive, and the Catalyst fund uses this curated deal flow as its primary source of investment opportunities. Portfolio companies in Africa include Flutterwave, the Nigerian payments infrastructure company valued at over $3 billion; Andela, the remote engineering talent network connecting African software developers with global technology companies; Paystack, the Nigerian payments company acquired by Stripe; and Branch, the mobile financial services company. Beyond its original investments, the portfolio includes additional Endeavor-selected high-growth companies across Sub-Saharan Africa.
