Future Positive Capital is a Paris-based seed and Series A venture capital firm focused on climate technology and sustainable food systems, investing in early-stage companies developing solutions to environmental challenges across food systems, agriculture, energy, and materials. The firm was founded with a conviction that the most impactful climate solutions will come from companies building at the intersection of food, biology, and technology, and that European founders are particularly well-positioned to build global climate companies. Future Positive Capital invests with initial checks from $1 million to $5 million and focuses on companies where the founding team has genuine scientific or engineering depth. Portfolio companies include Allplants, the UK plant-based meal delivery service; HausMart, a sustainable marketplace company; Klimato, the Swedish company providing carbon footprint data and climate labelling tools for food service and restaurant companies; and Sylvera, the carbon credit rating and climate data platform that provides investors and companies with analytical tools to evaluate the quality and integrity of carbon offsets. Beyond its original investments, the portfolio includes additional climate technology and sustainable food companies.
