Galvanize Climate Solutions is a San Francisco-based climate-focused growth equity firm founded by Tom Steyer, the billionaire investor and political activist, and Katie Hall, providing Series A, Series B, and growth equity capital to companies developing breakthrough solutions to the climate crisis across clean energy, sustainable materials, carbon capture and removal, and industrial decarbonization. The firm manages more than $1 billion in committed capital and deploys checks from $5 million to $25 million in companies that have moved beyond proof of concept and are scaling their commercial operations. Galvanize takes a long-term, partnership-oriented approach recognizing that the most impactful climate solutions require patient capital, deep sector expertise, and strategic commercial relationships to scale.
