Glasswing Ventures is a Boston-based seed and Series A venture capital firm focused on artificial intelligence and enterprise software companies, investing in founders who are building AI-native platforms for cybersecurity, marketing, supply chain, and enterprise operations. The firm was founded in 2016 by Rudina Seseri and Rick Grinnell, who bring complementary backgrounds from enterprise technology investing and operating leadership, and takes a deeply technical approach to evaluating AI companies with a team that includes data scientists and engineers. Portfolio companies include Cimulate, an AI commerce and product discovery platform; DataRobot, the enterprise automated machine learning and AI platform that has grown to a valuation exceeding $6 billion; Inrupt, the privacy-focused data platform founded by World Wide Web inventor Tim Berners-Lee; and Tive, the real-time supply chain visibility and condition monitoring platform. Beyond its original investments, the portfolio includes additional AI and enterprise software companies.
