Glilot Capital Partners is a Tel Aviv-based seed and Series A venture capital firm focused exclusively on cybersecurity, founded in 2011 by Kobi Samboursky and Alon Dror, investing in Israeli and global cybersecurity companies from their earliest institutional stages. The firm operates as a specialist fund at the earliest stages of cybersecurity company formation, providing not just capital but deep cybersecurity market expertise, customer introductions, and a community of chief information security officers who serve as advisors and early adopters. Glilot invests with initial checks from $2 million to $10 million and has backed more than 70 companies across its fund history. Portfolio companies include Apiiro, the code risk and application security platform; BigID, the data intelligence and security platform for enterprise data privacy and protection; Talon Cyber Security, the enterprise browser security platform acquired by Palo Alto Networks in 2023; and Torq, the security automation and hyperautomation platform.
