Group 11 is a Los Angeles-based seed and Series A venture capital firm founded by Dovi Frances, focused exclusively on financial technology companies with a particular emphasis on Israeli-founded and Israeli-connected fintech businesses building next-generation financial infrastructure, payments, insurance, and enterprise financial software. The firm invests with initial checks from $500,000 to $3 million at seed and Series A stages and has established itself as one of the most active and successful dedicated fintech seed investors in the US-Israel technology corridor.
