Grove Ventures

Grove Ventures is a Tel Aviv-based seed and Series A venture capital firm founded by Dov Moran, the inventor of the USB flash drive who sold M-Systems to SanDisk for $1.6 billion in 2006, and who brings a rare combination of technical depth, entrepreneurial experience, and investor perspective to backing the next generation of deep technology companies in Israel. The firm focuses on deep technology investments across cybersecurity, AI-enabled enterprise software, and digital health, investing in technically complex companies where the founding team's scientific and engineering depth creates genuine and difficult-to-replicate competitive advantages. Grove Ventures invests with initial checks from $2 million to $10 million at seed and Series A stages. Portfolio companies include Cynomi, the AI-powered virtual CISO platform for small and medium businesses; Hunters, the security data platform and AI-powered threat detection company; Palta, a digital health company; and Veriti, the security posture management platform. Beyond its original investments, the portfolio includes additional Israeli deep technology companies.
