Idinvest Partners is a Paris-based venture capital and private equity firm that has been rebranded and integrated into Eurazeo, the French publicly listed alternative investment firm, following Eurazeo's acquisition of Idinvest. Originally founded in 1997 as a specialist growth and venture capital investor in French and European technology companies, Idinvest built one of the most significant early-stage venture franchises in France across enterprise software, consumer internet, and deep technology. Under the Eurazeo umbrella, the former Idinvest team continues to invest through vehicles including the Eurazeo Growth and Eurazeo Mid Cap funds, maintaining continuity of investment strategy, portfolio management, and team despite the rebrand. The firm invested with initial checks from $5 million to $20 million at seed through growth stages in French and European technology companies with a particular focus on enterprise software, digital media, and internet businesses. Portfolio companies include Criteo, the French performance marketing and advertising technology company that completed a Nasdaq IPO in 2013; Talend, the data integration and data management platform that completed a Nasdaq IPO in 2016 and was subsequently acquired by Qlik; Believe Digital, the French digital music distribution and music company services platform; and Deezer, the French music streaming platform. Beyond its original investments in Criteo, Talend, Believe Digital, and Deezer, the portfolio includes additional French and European technology companies across enterprise software, digital media, and fintech.
