About

Innovation Endeavors

Innovation Endeavors is a Palo Alto-based venture capital firm founded by Eric Schmidt, the former CEO and Executive Chairman of Google and Alphabet, alongside Dror Benbaji and a team of experienced technology investors, investing in artificial intelligence, data infrastructure, frontier technology, and enterprise software companies from seed through Series B stages with the backing of Schmidt's deep technology knowledge, commercial relationships, and global policy network. The firm invests with initial checks from $1 million to $10 million and focuses on companies where genuine scientific and engineering innovation creates defensible advantages in large and structurally important markets. Innovation Endeavors brings to portfolio companies access to Schmidt's extensive network across major technology companies, governments, and research institutions globally, providing a form of strategic advisory and commercial introduction capability that few venture firms of comparable size can match. Portfolio companies include Waze, the Israeli crowd-sourced navigation application that was acquired by Google for approximately $966 million in 2013; Dovetail, the customer research repository and analysis platform; IronSource, the Israeli mobile marketing and monetization platform that completed a NYSE listing and subsequently merged with Unity Technologies; and Voyager Space, the commercial space infrastructure company. Beyond its original investments in Waze, Dovetail, IronSource, and Voyager Space, the portfolio includes additional AI, deep tech, and enterprise software companies.
