About

JamJar Investments

JamJar Investments is a London-based seed and Series A venture capital firm founded by the co-founders of Innocent Drinks, the UK smoothie and health drinks company sold to Coca-Cola, who apply their experience building one of Britain's most successful consumer brands from a street stall to a globally distributed consumer goods business to identifying and backing the next generation of purpose-driven consumer and food and beverage companies. The firm invests with initial checks from $1 million to $3 million in consumer brands, food technology, energy technology, and fintech companies where the founders are building businesses that are genuinely better for people or the planet alongside being commercially competitive. JamJar's investment philosophy emphasises founder character and conviction as much as market opportunity, reflecting the Innocent Drinks founders' belief that the most consequential consumer companies are built by founders with deep personal conviction about what they are building and why it matters. Portfolio companies include Olio, the local food and product sharing marketplace connecting neighbours to reduce food waste; Tails.com, the personalised pet food subscription service; Bulb, the UK renewable energy supplier that grew to become one of the UK's largest energy providers before entering special administration; and Bud, the open banking and data platform. Beyond its original investments in Olio, Tails.com, Bulb, and Bud, the portfolio includes additional consumer, food, and technology companies where purpose and commercial ambition reinforce each other.
