Lead Edge Capital is a New York-based growth equity venture capital firm focused on Series B and growth stage investments in enterprise software, consumer internet, and marketplace businesses. The firm invests with initial checks from $10 million to $50 million and takes an active board and advisory role, bringing a network of more than 500 operating executives from technology companies who serve as an informal advisory board and commercial connector network for portfolio companies. Portfolio companies include Bazaarvoice, the customer ratings and reviews platform; Duolingo, the language learning platform that completed a Nasdaq IPO in 2021; Spotify, the Swedish music streaming platform; and Uber, the global ride-sharing and delivery platform.
