Motive Partners is a New York-based specialist financial technology private equity and growth equity firm focused on Series B and growth stage investments in financial technology companies serving wealth management, asset management, trading, and financial data sectors. The firm was co-founded by Rob Heyvaert and Stephen Daffron, who bring decades of operational experience in financial technology, and invests with initial checks from $5 million to $30 million. Portfolio companies include Apex Group, the global financial services provider; Enfusion, the cloud-native investment management software that completed a NYSE IPO in 2021; FNZ, the wealth management platform infrastructure company; and InvestCloud, the digital wealth management and client experience platform. Beyond its original investments, the portfolio includes additional enterprise financial technology companies.
