Mouro Capital is a London-based Series A and Series B venture capital firm focused exclusively on fintech companies, operating as the renamed and independent successor to Santander InnoVentures following a restructuring in 2020 that transitioned the team to an independent fund model while retaining a strategic relationship with Santander. The firm invests with initial checks from $2 million to $15 million and brings Santander's extensive global banking network as a strategic asset for portfolio companies. Portfolio companies include Bnext, the Spanish digital banking and financial products platform; Belvo, the Latin American open banking infrastructure platform; Bitso, the leading Mexican cryptocurrency exchange; and Capchase, the revenue-based financing platform for SaaS companies. Beyond its original investments, the portfolio includes additional fintech companies.
