Okta Ventures is the corporate venture capital arm of Okta, the publicly traded identity and access management company, focused on investing in companies building security, identity, and workforce technology solutions complementary to or integrated with Okta's Identity Cloud platform. The firm invests at Series A and Series B stages with initial checks from $1 million to $10 million. Portfolio companies include Apono, the automated access control and just-in-time permissions platform; Cerby, the unmanageable applications security platform; Grip Security, the SaaS security and identity risk management platform; and Trelica, the SaaS management and lifecycle platform. Beyond its original investments, the portfolio includes additional identity, security, and enterprise technology companies.
