Overture VC is a Washington, DC-based seed and Series A venture capital firm focused exclusively on climate technology and clean energy, investing in early-stage companies developing energy transition, climate resilience, and clean economy solutions. The firm invests with initial checks from $500,000 to $3 million. Portfolio companies include Arcadia, the clean energy data and infrastructure company; Dimension Energy, the commercial and industrial solar project developer; Leap, the distributed energy resource aggregation and demand response platform; and Rheem, which is an established water heater manufacturer rather than a startup and appears to represent a strategic partnership or co-investment rather than a typical venture investment.
