The firm manages more than $1 billion in committed capital and invests with initial checks from $2 million to $15 million. Portfolio companies include Apeel Sciences, the plant-derived food coating company that extends the shelf life of fresh produce; Good Catch, the plant-based seafood company; Indigo Agriculture, the agricultural technology company improving grain yields; and Plenty, the indoor vertical farming company.
