Sierra Ventures is a San Mateo-based seed and Series A venture capital firm focused on enterprise software and SaaS companies, investing in B2B technology businesses across cloud infrastructure, AI, security, and vertical software since its founding in 1982. The firm invests with initial checks from $3 million to $15 million. Portfolio companies include Apttus, the enterprise revenue management and quote-to-cash software platform; BrightEdge, the enterprise SEO and content performance platform; CloudBlue, the cloud commerce and subscription management platform; and Inpixon, the indoor intelligence and positioning platform. Beyond its original investments, the portfolio includes additional enterprise software and SaaS companies.
