The firm invests with initial checks from $2 million to $10 million. Portfolio companies include CareBridge, the tech-enabled home care and care management platform; Cityblock Health, the technology-enabled primary care company serving Medicaid and Medicare populations; Unite Us, the social care network connecting health systems with community social service organizations; and Wellbe Senior Medical, the home-based medical care company. Beyond its original investments, the portfolio includes additional health equity and Medicaid-focused technology companies.
