Underscore VC is a Boston-based seed and Series A venture capital firm focused on enterprise software and SaaS companies. The firm was co-founded by Michael Skok and Richard Dulude and invests with initial checks from $500,000 to $3 million. Portfolio companies include Brighthive, the data collaboration and responsible data sharing platform; Cogito, the AI-powered conversation analysis platform for customer service teams; Kensho Technologies, the AI-powered analytics platform for financial services acquired by S&P Global for $550 million in 2018; and Nanigans, the advertising automation and performance marketing software platform. Beyond its original investments, the portfolio includes additional enterprise SaaS and B2B technology companies.
