The firm was founded by Carter Griffin and invests with initial checks from $5 million to $25 million. Portfolio companies include Avetta, the supply chain risk management and contractor compliance platform; BillingPlatform, the cloud billing and revenue management platform; Decisiv, the service relationship management platform for commercial vehicle fleets; and iSolved, the human capital management software platform for small and medium businesses. Beyond its original investments, the portfolio includes additional enterprise SaaS and B2B software companies.
